ÜberQuell stands for honest, handmade beers and an exuberant, colorful get-together. The harbor and St. Pauli are the home of our brewery. Here we are hosts. Here we experience new perspectives. Every day. ÜberQuell means inspiration. We can find them here around the corner or in the remotest corners of the world. We work with friends and partners and with partners who become friends. With artists, musicians, restaurateurs and creative people who think differently, do things differently and challenge the status quo. We are overflowing with curiosity and ideas – and we simply let them out.
We want to carry this spirit into the world with each of our beers. Because we believe that openness, curiosity and hospitality are more in demand than ever.

Hardly anyone in an urban environment has access to a garden and can experience how food grows. This is exactly what we want to change: Enjoying a sustainable lifestyle with regional vegetable cultivation, more togetherness in the neighborhood and recreation in a green oasis are the common goals of the social urban farming project.
