In the GreenPauli community garden, people from a wide range of backgrounds and age groups grow organic vegetables in 35 raised beds. They follow the basic principles of organic farming and regenerative agriculture. This cool joint project of the Was Tun! Foundation and ÜberQuell strengthens networking in the district. It enables ÜberQuell chefs to use seasonal organic vegetables for salad bowls and pizzas, promoting short delivery routes and CO2-friendly cooking.

In addition, the greening of urban spaces reduces heat islands and provides a habitat for insects, microorganisms and the odd mouse or two.
