At ÜberQuell we brew 7 types of beer per year. Each one is unique and special. And as if that wasn’t enough, like our neighbor Aale Dieter from the fish market, we regularly bring out new seasonals and limited editions – every month! Isn’t that madness!

Tea time my ass - it's Beer o' Clock! And with all the trimmings: Berry, orange, toffee. We really wouldn't be surprised if one or the other Englishman turned even paler now - out of envy of an English Pale Ale made in Germany!

Slight hint of hops, but heavy in order. Light tingling against heavy thoughts. Restrainedly tart, but always straight forward. In short: our Helles goes off. It couldn't be more original.

Instructions on how to be fruitful: Open the balcony door, close your head. Into the hammock, out of the daily grind. Crown caps down, exotic flavors in. Sounds OMG? But it's IPA!

Schubidu Stout

Hops have a break! Four special malts make our Imperial Stout strong, dark, creamy and simply delicious to enjoy despite the fat malt beats, chocolate notes and coarse coffee sounds Black is the new Black! And when the stout bomb ignites on your tongue, you will only whisper two words: "Mhhhhh Schubidu!"

Non-alcoholic American Pale Ale

The bike at the start or not in the mood for alcohol? No Problemo! Our non-alcoholic beer starts with 5 different specialty malts, the turbo is provided by 3 crisp hop varieties and the specialty yeast with handicap finishes it off. Sleek as a leopard on tiptoe but without teeth to bite into. Rooar!!!

Seasonals

Five seasonal beers are now brewed at ÜberQuell. The year only has four seasons. Why as five? Quite simply: the fifth season is the bock beer season in January, when our Senatsbock is served.
