FRANKFURTER NEUE KÜCHE, BIOHOF MAY and KAISERHAPPEN as guests at ÜberQuell St.Pauli

Come along and experience a BBQ event in a class of its own!
With heavy basalt stone, an open fire and first-class food, we’ll really heat things up for you.
We grill the best pork from the May organic farm live and serve a fantastic four-course menu.
The highlight: the meat sizzles on our special basalt stone at over 350 degrees.
We’ll welcome you with a fresh beer from Pax Bräu from the Rhön. Menu:

  1. Starter:Oyster with crispy guanciale and Frankfurt green sauce with May egg
  2. Intermediate course:BUTA TORO with carrot and sesame salad and garlic rocket
  3. Main course:Roasted pork neck from May hay pig with sesame jang, spelt rice risotto and herb salad
  4. Dessert:Creamy semolina porridge with fresh apple compote, homemade May egg liqueur and whipped cream
