Pizza workshop ÜberQuell

Have you always dreamed of creating your own pizza? With us, this idea becomes reality! With our dough and under relaxed guidance, you bake a variety of pizzas – everything revolves around hamburger tomatoes, from the mild to the sweet to the spicy nightshade plants. You will receive a guided tour of our GreenPauli community garden and harvest fresh herbs and vegetables directly from the roof garden. You can also make your own pesto with fresh basil and our favorite spices. But it’s not just about baking: We chat about everything that makes a perfect pizza – dough, flour, water, temperature, yeast and all the little secrets. And you will find out what makes fruit and vegetables in our region so special and why local growing areas are so important for Hamburg.
