You’re not the typical traditional head chef, but you know how to lead a kitchen and a team? We’re not looking for someone to whip up a mega 5-course menu, but someone who’s excited about awesome products, a bit of structure, and real responsibility!

What you’ll rock with us:

• You are responsible for the operational processes in our kitchen and our food stand in the Hanseviertel
• You are the head and heart of our kitchen team of about 10 favorite people, leading them and constantly developing their skills—always with a good mood, of course
• You simply impress everyone with your smile & your charm
• You are organized and manage purchasing, workflows, and the daily hustle and bustle
• You are the instructor for our apprentice

You simply love the hospitality industry as much as we do!

This sounds like you:

• You love dough-based products & good food
• You are an absolute team leader, where your soft skills are much more important to us than any Excel strengths
• Reliability, resilience, and communication skills are among your strengths
• You are a leader with character who wants to grow beyond yourself together with our team
• You are structured and keep an overview, even when you’re not always on-site
• Not quite a pizza pro yet? No worries, we’ll teach you that easily!
