Good news for all pizza and beer fans: ÜberQuell is back

After an intensive renovation, we will reopen our doors in the Riverkasematten in St. Pauli on March 13, 2025 – with a new look, new faces and lots of highlights.

After the water damage at the end of 2024, we used the time to not only repair, but to rethink ÜberQuell. More style, more taste, more ÜberQuell! Look forward to a fresh, seasonal menu – and a real highlight: our new pizza oven, designed by artist Andreas Preis. A real eye-catcher that perfectly showcases your favorite Neapolitan pizzas.

Our team has also grown: Max Schiffer is now in charge of the service team, Leo Santos brings fresh ideas to the plate as head chef – with even more bowls, filled with herbs and vegetables from our GreenPauli Urban Farm depending on availability. And Marcel Lipp, the new event manager, is now responsible for events with really good vibes.

And of course there’s also something fresh from the tap: for the reopening, we’ll be tapping the brand-new Le Big NEIPA – a tropical-fruity plank that’s only available from us for a short time.
