The Senatsbock is more than just a beer – it is a living Hamburg brewing tradition! Since the 1950s, the city’s breweries have teamed up to brew this special beer specialty. After 1.5 years of persuasion and preparation, the Senatsbock celebrated its big comeback in 2015 – and today it is an integral part of Hamburg’s cultural calendar.

We at ÜberQuell are proud to have been part of it for years – and of course, this time we’ve added our own twist:
