A food market rethought

The Hanseviertel Passage set new standards in the 1980s and was a popular meeting place in Hamburg. But in 2007, the restaurant in the basement was closed. We are working with the emotional legacy of this time. It was clear to us that if we were going to revive gastronomy, we would do it with Hamburg originals. That’s why we have joined forces with experienced restaurateurs and five innovative food concepts to create Le Big Tam Tam.

What's on offer at Le Big Tam Tam?

Le big TamTam in the Hanseviertel brings together Hamburg’s individual and trendy restaurateurs. Vena Steinkönig and Valentin Broer offer authentic Japanese soul food with Momo Ramen. Miguel Zaldivar presents Mexican street food. Burhan Schawich and Samet Kaplan revolutionize fish classics, while Niels Berschneider offers comfort food with a focus on fried chicken and vegan alternatives at Yeahboy. The Fünviertel Bakery completes the range. ÜberQuell offers Neapolitan pizzas, salad bowls with fresh herbs and vegetables from the GreenPauli roof garden and beers from the micro-brewery in St. Pauli.
